Human Resources Specialist and Billing Coordinator

- Billing and Financial Management:
- Handle all billing and invoicing processes, including client billing and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Human Resources:
- Organize all stages of the recruiting process, including job postings, interviews, background checks and hiring.
- Manage employee records, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Address employee inquiries and provide HR support as needed.
- Proven experience as a Billing Specialist and / or Human Resources Department.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with immigration law is a plus but not required.
