Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)

Near Hudson, OH | Up to $25/hr | Hybrid

LHH is partnering with a well-established and growing organization near Hudson, Ohio to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. What You'll Be Doing

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
• Review, code, and reconcile invoices while resolving discrepancies
• Manage and audit employee expense reports in accordance with company policies
• Leverage Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis (including formulas and reconciliations)
• Maintain accurate vendor records and support payment runs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient AP operations
• Assist with month-end close and provide general accounting support as needed

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, data analysis, and reporting)
• Hands-on experience with expense reporting systems
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
