HR Clerk / Administration (Entry-Level, Hourly)

Dutchman Hospitality Group is seeking a professional, detail-oriented HR Clerk/Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This is an entry-level, hourly role ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.
In this position, you’ll play an important role in supporting employees and applicants while helping ensure HR processes run smoothly and accurately. You’ll also gain hands-on exposure to key HR functions such as onboarding, employee support, and recruiting coordination.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing calls and greeting visitors
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems
- Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding processes
- Support recruiting efforts, including job postings and applicant coordination
- Respond to employee questions and escalate as appropriate
- Help coordinate employee programs and company events
- Maintain an organized office environment and manage supplies
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team

- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
- Discretion and sound judgment with sensitive information
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and learning new systems
- Reliable, positive, and willing to take initiative
Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
