Director, Women's Basketball Operations

Job Summary:

Manage the Women's Basketball Operations including film exchange, team travel, basketball camps, community service projects and other duties assigned by head coach.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for film exchange.
  • Organize community service projects and manage outreach activities for coaching staff.
  • Organize team travel.
  • Organize and reconcile team expenses.
  • Organize women's basketball camps.

Additional Position Information:

Education:

Requires a relevant Bachelor's Degree.

Experience:

Requires a minimum of 1 year experience of collegiate play, coaching and/or administrative work in Collegiate Basketball program, preferably Division 1. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a working knowledge of basketball required.
