HIRING IMMEDIATELY: 3RD SHIFT PACKER IN COLUMBUS, OH

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Packer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This individual will be responsible for preparing finished goods to be shipped to our customers, providing support for the manufacturing team, and packaging finished goods into correct configuration. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $16/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 3rd shift Sunday - Thursday 11:50pm - 8:00am
• Located in Columbus, Ohio

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare finished goods to be shipped to our customers.
• Provide support for the manufacturing team by inspecting products for defects.
• Packaging finished goods into correct configuration.
• Notifying supervisor of quality issues as they arise.
• Making minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and ensure quality products.
• Maintain good housekeeping practice.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food
• Safety Standards and Safe Work Practices

Requirements and Qualifications

• Manual Dexterity
• Excellent communication skills
• Detailed record keeping per the prescribed frequency
• Hand/eye coordination
• Analytical skills
• Must be able to read a ruler
• Math Skills (calculator to determine and record production data)
