Job Title: Marriage & Family Therapist (Independent Contractor)

Position Overview:
Pipeline TGC Behavioral Health are seeking a skilled and compassionate Marriage & Family Therapist to provide a wide range of counseling services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, including children, teens, young adults, and mature clients. This role involves delivering marriage, relationship, and family counseling while addressing the unique struggles clients face in their everyday lives. Successful candidates will be culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and knowledgeable about the impact of COVID-19 and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) on mental health.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional and mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate counseling sessions, helping clients explore their thoughts and feelings while providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with individuals and families to address challenges such as mental health disorders, family conflicts, grief, and loss.
• Offer referrals and resources to clients for additional support as needed.
• Respond effectively in crisis situations, using emergency care techniques and protocols.
• Maintain detailed, confidential client records, ensuring timely documentation.
• Provide services on-site, within the community, and via telehealth platforms.
• Maintain availability for 15-20 hours per week to meet client needs.

Position Details:

• Type: Independent Contractor
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling with availability primarily Monday through Friday, including evenings and/or weekends.
• Hours: 15-20 hours per week (or more, as preferred).

Qualifications:

• Active licensure in the State of Ohio as an MFT, IMFT, LPC, LPCC-S, LSW, or LISW-S.
• Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable clinical experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate: $50-$60 per hour for direct services, based on licensure and experience.
• Note: This position does not include benefits.
