**3rd shift Production Supervisor - Direct Hire**
**Location:** Cincinnati, OH
**Hours:** 7pm to 7:30am on a 2/2/3 schedule
**Pay:** $80,000 to $89,000 PLUS 5% bonus!

**Position Overview**
**Kelly** is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team on 3rd shift (7PM-7AM) following a 2/2/3 rotating schedule. This role is responsible for leading a production team to meet daily operational goals while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are achieved. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who fosters collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead and support production staff to meet daily objectives and ensure smooth shift operations.
+ Maintain strong communication across departments to meet manufacturing goals.
+ Train, coach, and mentor employees to maintain peak shift performance.
+ Promote and participate in Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives.
+ Uphold all EHS&S, GMP, and food safety standards.
+ Ensure accurate reporting of time, attendance, and production data.
+ Support problem-solving and corrective action tracking.
+ Manage workforce planning and headcount to optimize production.
+ Analyze downtime and implement process improvements.
+ Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and support career development.
**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or GED required; vocational or technical education preferred.
+ 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role (Food, Pharma, or other regulated industries preferred).
+ Experience with LEAN / Continuous Improvement principles.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to lead teams through change and improvement initiatives.
