Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Full-time (40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20–30 hrs/week). Hours can be tailored to the candidate.
No financial industry experience required. Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds—including retail, education, and customer service—and we value transferable skills. We warmly welcome candidates returning to the workforce after time away.
What You’ll Do
Communicate with clients via phone and email; Answer and direct incoming calls; Schedule appointments; Greet and assist clients; Prepare for client meetings; Provide general administrative support as needed
