Position Summary We are searching for an Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant to assist customers with parking-related inquiries and support on-site operations in Cincinnati. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people and working in a team environment. Key Responsibilities * Assist customers with parking questions and general support. * Provide directions and information about parking services. * Handle basic customer concerns in a professional manner. * Support on-site staff with communication and coordination. * Document customer interactions and issues when needed. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to remain professional in busy environments. * Basic computer skills preferred but not required. * Reliable and team-oriented attitude.
