Job Description

Graphic Designer
Full Time
Columbus, Ohio

At AndHealth, we are on a mission to radically improve access and outcomes in specialty care. We are a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare company transforming delivery through our innovative Whole Person Specialty Care model.

As we scale, we are looking for a Graphic Designer who is equal parts craft-driven producer and curious creative thinker. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of experience who enjoys rolling up their sleeves on production work while also contributing to concept development, digital experiences, and content strategy.

You will play an important role in bringing the AndHealth brand to life across channels—helping ensure our work is not only beautiful and consistent, but meaningful to the patients and partners we serve.

What you’ll do in the role:
  • Execute high-quality design work across digital, print, and presentation formats
  • Own production design workflows and ensure pixel-perfect, on-brand deliverables
  • Contribute to creative concepting, campaign development, and brand evolution
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and internal teams
  • Support digital experience design across web, email, and emerging channels
  • Help translate strategy into clear, compelling visual storytelling
  • Maintain and apply AndHealth brand standards with rigor and consistency
  • Assist in building scalable templates, systems, and documentation
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Typical focus: ~65% design execution & production, 20% concepting & strategy support, 15% cross-functional collaboration and process support

About You:
  • 3–4 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
  • A high performer who takes ownership and follows through
  • Equally comfortable executing production work and contributing new ideas
  • Curious and eager to expand into experience design, digital design, and content strategy
  • Detail-obsessed with strong craft standards
  • Collaborative, kind, and proactive in how you support teammates
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Mission-oriented and motivated by work that improves patients’ lives

Other Skills or Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design craft and conceptual thinking
Required
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong layout, typography, and visual systems skills
  • Experience preparing production-ready files for print and digital
  • Solid project management and organizational abilities
Nice to have
  • Experience with video editing and/or motion graphics
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and web design
  • Illustration, photography, or copywriting skills
  • Experience working within or evolving a brand system
Here's what we'd like to offer you:
  • Equal investment and support for our people and patients.
  • A fun and ambitious growing environment with a culture that takes on important things, takes risks, and learns quickly.
  • The ability to demonstrate creativity, innovation, and conscientiousness, and find joy in working together.
  • A team of highly skilled, incredibly kind, and welcoming employees, every one of whom has something unique to offer.
  • We know that the overall success of our business is a collaborative effort, and we strive to provide ongoing opportunities for our employees to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.
