What You’ll Do:

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll perform a variety of clerical duties to support various departments, including:

• Answering incoming calls
• Handling new lead emails
• Processing new leads from the Call Center
• Assisting HR with various tasks
• Supporting other departments as needed

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to organize daily workload by priorities
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional-level verbal and written communication skills

Schedule:

• Shift: Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
