A well-established national law firm is looking to add a Real Estate Associate in Columbus.
This is a strong opportunity for a transactional attorney who wants to work on a mix of real estate matters, including acquisitions, financing, and leasing, within a collaborative and active practice.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate
- Supporting real estate financing transactions
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Working across a variety of real estate matters and deal types
What They’re Looking For
- 4+ years of transactional real estate experience
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing
- Strong drafting and deal management skills
- Ability to work directly with clients and manage matters
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Estimated compensation: $180,000 – $230,000 depending on experience Hybrid (Columbus-based)
