We're looking for enthusiastic crew members for both full-time and part-time opportunities.
What We Offer:
- Up to $16/hr + tips.
- Sign-on bonus after 90 days.
- Flexible schedule (FT/PT).
- Paid vacation.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper uniform and personal hygiene standards.
- Review station module and product information before starting your shift.
- Handle prep duties as needed.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of all prepared items.
- Prepare station menu items promptly, with attention to detail and quality.
- Clean as you go and perform special cleaning duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and stations, showing personal commitment.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation practices, including frequent glove changes.
- Follow all personal and food safety procedures.
- Have fun, smile, and make positive, friendly eye contact with guests.
- Understand and actively participate in our Guest Obsession culture.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Positive and encouraging attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations.
- Team player mentality.
- High sense of urgency.
- Ability to stand for 6-8 hours.
