HR Recruiter

TNT Services has been in business since 1989 and is the largest pressure wash company providing service to light-duty and medium-duty fleet vehicles in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky. We also lead Semi-Truck and Bus Body repair, reconditioning, and detailing. Over the past fifteen years, we have expanded our services outside of power wash to become the complete appearance specialist. Services include but are not limited to the commercial building, storefronts, flat surfaces, garages, and snow plowing, making TNT desirable to our customers and their needs.

We are an aggressively growing company that has doubled in size in the last three years. We have expanded our locations to include Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Kentucky, Cleveland, Michigan, and our corporate offices in Columbus.

TNT Services has an immediate PART-TIME (25-28 hours per week) need for our growing HR Department, HR Recruiter . TNT Services seeks hardworking, self-motivated individuals ready to start work today. Because we are unique, we will train the right candidate ready to learn a new trade. Schedule would be Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 12:00 pm (or until daily task completed) .

We seek a professional with experience in a fast-paced HR environment. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring top-performing talent.

Main Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job offer.
• Collaborate with department managers to proactively identify future hiring needs.
• Use the current applicant management system to ensure candidates are tracked through the screening process to the assessment stage, and that all candidates receive timely feedback
• Utilize various sources for recruitment, including social media networks and employee referrals.
• Perform administrative tasks for the HR department, including scheduling, file maintenance, and mail sorting.
• Maintain and manage daily requisitions on sourcing platform

Other responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Assist with uniform inventory and distribution to employees.
• Support the hiring process, including job posting and candidate interview scheduling.
• Help with the onboarding process, including scheduling and conducting employee orientations.
• Answer phones and perform other clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Human Resources/Recruiting experience
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with social media platforms.

Compensation

The salary for this position is competitive, up to $24.00 per hour , based on experience.
