Automotive Technician

Compensation: $83,200–$119,500 per year + bonuses
Schedule: No nights or weekends! Early Friday clock-out bonus

What You’ll Do

• Inspect and test vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Perform advanced diagnostics using scan tools and other diagnostic equipment.
• Identify current and potential mechanical or electrical issues.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate accurate repair recommendations.
• Complete high-quality repairs following manufacturer and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure consistent, top-tier results.
• Maintain detailed repair records and meet deadlines for completed work.

What We’re Looking For

• Completion of a vocational or postsecondary automotive program (preferred)
• ASE Certification or willingness to obtain
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on shop experience in automotive repair
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, scanners, and a wide range of hand tools
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a passion for quality workmanship
