About the Role:
Join ERIE BONE BROTH LLC as a Packaging & Production Associate in Cleveland, OH, where you'll play a vital role in delivering our high-quality bone broth products to customers. Responsibilities:
- Operate packaging machinery and ensure efficient production line flow.
- Package and label products according to quality standards and specifications.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized production area.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure freshness and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Document production processes and report any issues to management.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production techniques.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations.
- Prior experience in food production or packaging is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
