Now hiring a Dispatcher for a company in Strongsville for 1st shift.

Monday – Friday, 7am – 5pm.

Weekly pay at $18 per hour.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls.
• Enter and update customer information and job details.
• Coordinate daily schedules and monitor job progress.
• Track work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments and updates.
• Assist with general office and administrative duties.
• Work closely with the operations team to keep projects running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Previous dispatch, customer service, or office experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
