Machine Operator - Assembly Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 07:00am )

• Set up, operate, and monitor Die Cast, Resin, Deburring, and Trim Press machines.
• Load and unload materials using pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Perform quality inspections using gauges and measuring tools.
• Complete machine changeovers, test runs, and basic troubleshooting.
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Keep work areas clean while following all safety procedures.
• Assist team members and support production across multiple departments.

Machine Operator - Assembly Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
