Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the technical services to corporate based customer service call center and directly with the end user.
- Oversee corporate installation activities for your direct reports.
- Assist with the oversight of product performance including lifecycle, warranty, reliability, performance, field campaigns, technical assistance and publications.
- Act as product expert and aides and assists in both the marketing and sales process.
- This position reports to the General Manager - Customer Support - Automation and Emerging Technologies
Qualifications
- 5-7 years' related experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must have valid driving privileges
- Frequent travel (6-20%)
- Frequent overnight stays (6-20%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical or Business degree, with a minor or equivalent field experience in software support and network administration.
- Supervisory experience.
- Mechanical aptitude, excellent computer and interpersonal skills are necessary for this position.
- Must be self-motivated, willing to travel, and comfortable speaking in front of small groups. Bi-lingual language skills would be beneficial.
