MedAdventures is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in St. Mary's, OH . This is a great opportunity to support patients in their rehabilitation journey and work alongside an experienced therapy team in a collaborative care environment.

Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility.

Schedule : Full time- Varies based on clinic hours.

Pay : $33-36/hour. Rates are negotiable based on experience.

Must-Have Qualifications

Please apply ONLY if you meet all of the following requirements:

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in OH (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
• Physical Therapy Assistant Degree
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Carry out therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Help patients with exercises, mobility, and daily activities
• Track progress and share updates with the therapy team
• Teach patients and families safe exercises for home
• Keep accurate treatment notes and records
