Employment Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal who is detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to support our attorneys in delivering results that reflect Your Story. Our Commitment.

This position involves supporting attorneys through every stage of litigation, including case investigation, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and post-trial procedures. You’ll be trusted to manage case files, coordinate discovery, draft legal correspondence and pleadings, handle filings, assist with depositions, and prepare trial binders and exhibits. Communication with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel will be a regular part of your work.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court rules
• Prior experience supporting attorneys in litigation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
