WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR

Location: 9500 Kings Auto Mall Road, Cincinnati, OH 45249

Our dealership has a need for a full-time Warranty Administrator who will handle our manufacturer’s warranty work, including the preparation and tracking of all details surrounding warranty claims, along with submission, timely payment, the appeal of denied claims, and handling any warranty issues, etc. This person must be detail-oriented, have good communication skills, and be a team-oriented individual with a positive commitment to customer satisfaction. Applicant will back-up our Service Advisors as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years in a dealership: service department, vehicle sales, or administration
• Computer literate – will work in CDK daily
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Satisfactory employment references
• Pass background check

Preference may be given to individuals with:

• Warranty / Service Advisor experience or background handling insurance claims
• Ability to organize work procedures based on past job experience
