Job Description
- Support daily maintenance needs across the community
- Complete work orders and unit turns
- Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues
- Maintain grounds and common areas
- Work independently and deliver quality results
Required Skills
- Experience in general building/apartment maintenance
- Skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC basics
- Must provide own tools
