Entry Level PMO Support Specialist

A PMO Support Specialist job in Cincinnati, OH 45242 is currently available through Belcan. This is a contract-to-direct position. To be considered for this role, you will have a High School Diploma and 1-2 years of relevant experience. We are seeking a detail-oriented Filing & Data Entry Specialist to support our project documentation process. This entry-level position plays an essential role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with export restrictions, and coordinating large volumes of data with fast turnaround times. • Maintain and organize project documentation to support finance review processes.
• Ensure full compliance with export control requirements during documentation handling and review.
• Enter, update, and manage high volumes of data quickly and accurately.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve questions and keep workflows moving smoothly.
• Coordinate time-sensitive tasks while upholding a 100% accuracy and compliance standard.
• Support general administrative and organizational tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle large quantities of data without sacrificing accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working as part of a large, cross-functional team.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required-training will be provided.
• Basic proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, etc.).

Compensation: We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering an hourly rate of $16.00 to $19.00 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
