Concrete Crew Leader

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Crew Leader to oversee projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete and attention to detail. This role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to understand grade as it pertains to concrete. Experience in operating equipment and a CDL are desirable, but not required.

As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

• Lead workers on-site, providing guidance and support throughout the project.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule and according to project specifications.
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required by the project
• Operate hand tools and equipment effectively to complete various construction assignments.
• Restore and maintain construction sites, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
• Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and project managers to coordinate efforts and resolve any issues that arise.

Experience

• Proven experience in concrete work with the ability to form, pour, finish.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is ideal (bobcat, mini excavator, etc).
• Experience in performing heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments is necessary.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high quality work.
• Valid CDL is optional

Starting pay is variable based upon experience and skills. Valid driver's license is required. Work is performed in Findlay and surrounding areas. All necessary tools and equipment are provided. Daily work hours are variable based upon project needs and weather. There may be occasional possibility of overtime.
