We are looking for a professional and friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers, clients, and visitors.

Position Overview :
As the receptionist, you will play a key role in managing the front desk and ensuring smooth operations in the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive and friendly demeanor
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain office security by following procedures and monitoring logbooks
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative duties as needed, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents
• Provide general information about the company to clients and visitors

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional appearance
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with office management software or phone systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus
