Landscape Team Crew Member

As a Landscape Team Crew Member, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining beautiful, unique landscapes for our clients. Responsibilities

• Participate in a morning team huddle at 7:20 AM at the shop, followed by departure to the job site at 7:30 AM.
• Arrive on site by 8:00 AM, review daily production goals, and begin hands-on landscape construction and maintenance tasks.
• Engage in a mid-morning progress check at 10:00 AM to assess and adjust plans as needed.
• Take a lunch break at 12:00 PM, then set new goals for the afternoon and continue project work.
• Join a mid-afternoon check-in at 2:30 PM to review progress and prepare materials for the next day.
• Wrap up the day by celebrating team achievements, planning for future tasks, and returning to the shop by 4:30 PM to unload and reload materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of professional experience in landscaping or construction.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of pride in work and goal achievement.
• Motivated to learn new skills and grow within the company.
• Positive attitude and energetic approach to daily tasks.
• Adaptable and resilient, able to embrace challenges and contribute to innovative solutions.

Compensation

$16.50 – $22.00 per hour , based on experience and skill level.
