Job Title: Hospice RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: RN Hospice Duration: 13 weeks Shift: On Call Hours per Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM Experience: Minimum of 12 months Hospice experience in home settings within the past 3 years License: Registered Nurse Certifications: HCHB experience required Must-Have: Solid home care experience Description: We are seeking a dedicated Hospice RN with home care experience. Candidates must possess a minimum of 12 months of Hospice experience in home settings within the last 3 years. HCHB experience is required for this position. The role involves on-call responsibilities from Monday to Thursday during the specified hours. This position offers the opportunity to provide compassionate care in a home setting. About Cynet Health
