Auto Allies is a family-owned automotive repair shop proudly serving our community for over 20 years. We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Facility Support Specialist to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for our customers and team.

This role plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly and ensuring our shop reflects the quality of work we provide.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain cleanliness of shop floors (sweeping, mopping).
• Empty trash and recycling throughout the facility.
• Clean and restock restrooms, break areas, and office spaces.
• Keep service bays, walkways, and common areas organized and hazard-free.
• Wipe down surfaces, doors, counters, and high-touch areas.
• Assist with light shop support tasks as needed (vehicle clean-outs, supply restocking, basic organization).
• Help uphold a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Able to work independently and follow daily routines.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift light-to-moderate items.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Previous cleaning, custodial, or facility support experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule: Part-time or Full-time (flexible hours available)
