Reynolds Road Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinary Medical Director (DVM) to lead our well-established, 3-doctor practice into its next chapter of growth and excellence. The Opportunity
As Medical Director, you will play a pivotal role in defining the future of the practice -setting the tone medically, culturally, and operationally. You'll partner closely with hospital leadership to evolve protocols, strengthen team performance, and drive sustainable growth.

What You'll Do
Lead Clinical Excellence
- Establish and maintain high standards of medical care and protocols
- Provide guidance and feedback to fellow DVMs on case management
- Ensure consistency in patient care, client communication, and outcomes
Inspire & Develop the Team
- Mentor and support veterinarians at all experience levels
- Foster a collaborative, engaged, and growth-oriented culture
- Partner with hospital leadership on staffing, scheduling, and recruiting
- Lead regular doctor meetings and support ongoing training initiatives
Drive Practice Growth
- Collaborate on financial performance, productivity, and hospital goals
- Identify opportunities to expand services and improve efficiency
- Support client retention and growth through high-quality care
What We're Looking For
- Active (or eligible) veterinary license in Ohio
- 3+ years of veterinary leadership experience required
- Strong surgical skills (orthopedic experience a plus)
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and organizational abilities
- A passion for leading change and building something meaningful
