Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and organized Bilingual Production Admin to support our Kitting and Finishing department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working closely with both production associates and management.

The Production Admin will assist with daily administrative tasks, provide translation support between English and Spanish, help coordinate small projects, and ensure smooth communication throughout the department. This is a hands-on role that requires spending time both in the office and on the production floor in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• Overtime and occasional weekends may be required based on production needs.

Responsibilities:

• Translate between English and Spanish for associates and management as needed.
• Support the Kitting and Finishing departments with daily administrative tasks.
• Assist supervisors with projects, reports, and production-related paperwork.
• Communicate important updates and information to associates.
• Help maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Create and update spreadsheets, reports, and other documents.
• Assist with employee onboarding paperwork and department communications.
• Answer employee questions and direct them to the appropriate department when needed.
• Help coordinate daily activities to keep production running efficiently.
• Walk the production floor to provide support to associates and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous office, administrative, customer service, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well with people at all levels.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment -

• This position is based in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to stand and remain on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Must be able to walk throughout the facility and move between departments frequently.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs as needed.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with varying temperatures and moderate warehouse noise.
