Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as well as light housekeeping and laundry tasks

• Encourage and facilitate socialization and engagement through recreational activities and outings

• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical and emotional well-being to the care team

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other caregivers

• Collaborate with other care professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care activities and progress

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training in healthcare or a related field preferred

• 0 years of experience in caregiving or a related field; on-the-job training provided

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient demeanor

• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
