Production Operator - Entry
- Assemble products to customer requirements and company goals.
- Complete all required safety training and consistently comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Learn takt and cycle time, throughput expectations, and standard work for each assigned operation.
- Follow all work instructions, standard operating procedures Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and documented processes for assigned tasks or stations.
- Reduce rework and scrap over time through improved understanding of quality requirements.
- Participate in safety activities (e.g., safety observations, GEMBA walks) and contribute ideas for improving 6S or ergonomics.
- Meet schedule, attendance, and punctuality expectations in alignment with company policy.
- Support weekend and off shift work as required.
- Adhere to federal and state regulations.
- Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
- Predictable and reliable attendance.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Basic problem-solving capabilities for troubleshooting issues in the production environment.
- Demonstrates the ability to understand process changes, updates, and related work instructions within work areas.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Able to continuously stand, bend, squat, and reach.
- Able to complete physically demanding work.
- Excellent depth perception and reaction time.
- Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, stoop, push, pull, stand, and carry as needed to inspect, service, and operate machinery, equipment, and gauges.
- Must be able to maintain attention for long periods of time.
- The ability to respond quickly to sounds.
- The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations.
- Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines and inspect parts produced.
- Must have good hand/eye coordination.
- The ability to pass a human performance evaluation/physical assessment.
