Your Journey in Precision Manufacturing
Are you ready to elevate your CNC machining career? As an Advanced CNC Milling Technician, you will orchestrate complex setups and program verifications on 4 to 5 axis CNC milling machines. Operate within the esteemed aerospace and defense sectors, where precision meets complexity.
Imagine beginning your day on:
- 1st Shift: Dive into your day from 5:30 am (Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts) with opportunities for overtime.
- 2nd Shift: Enjoy flexibility with varied shift configurations, all with a rewarding 15% shift differential.
From interpreting blueprints to executing flawless machine setups and potentially crafting programs directly at the machine, your expertise will shine.
What Will You Do?- Navigate through complex engineering plans and route instructions.
- Strategize and execute machine setups efficiently.
- Engage with a suite of precision measuring tools.
- Track production through accurate completion of routers.
- Experience from a high school level machine trades program is advantageous.
- Proficiency in reading and editing G&M codes, alongside the ability to interpret intricate blueprints and comprehend GD&T.
- A natural aptitude for mechanics and spatial relationships.
