Quality Assurance Operations Supervisor (Inspection, Calibration & Document Control)
Lead Quality at the Point of Impact
Step into a day where you set the tone for quality excellence. You’ll open the floor in a temperature-controlled facility, align inspectors, calibration techs, and document control specialists around the day’s ERP-driven shipping priorities, and ensure everyone has what they need to deliver right-first-time results.
Working side-by-side with the Quality Manager, you’ll shape training plans, coordinate time off, help conduct performance reviews, and support disciplinary actions when needed. You’ll monitor and log internal and external quality data, track first-pass yield (FPY), keep the nonconforming material report (NCMR) system up to date, and continuously refine processes to meet company policies, procedures, and regulations. Your clear communication with peers and cross-functional teams sustains a cohesive, safe, and clean work environment where people feel valued and supported.
