Inside Sales Representative (Remote)
The Forehand Agency seeks a remote-capable Inside Sales Representative to drive account growth by assessing customer needs, presenting tailored life and health insurance solutions, and closing business via high-volume inbound and outbound outreach. This remote inside sales role emphasizes consultative selling, pipeline management, accurate CRM documentation, and professional client service within a small, collaborative agency.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach using a structured, consultative sales methodology to generate and convert leads for life insurance and health insurance products.
- Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, recommend appropriate insurance solutions, and close sales aligned with customer objectives and compliance requirements.
- Pursue upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities to maximize account value and revenue growth.
- Manage and advance pipeline activity to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets; use CRM and systems to prioritize and track opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and current records of interactions, opportunities, and outcomes in CRM to support forecasting and territory management.
- Participate in structured onboarding, licensing assistance, ongoing sales training, and regular coaching; collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and processes.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum age 18.
- Current state life and health insurance license, or willingness and ability to obtain and maintain required licensure (licensing support provided).
- Dependable, coachable, and motivated by commission and performance-based incentives.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Comfortable with PC applications and able to quickly learn contact-center, CRM, and sales productivity tools.
- Able to multitask and maintain productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior telesales, inside sales, or customer-service experience; remote inside sales experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated aptitude for consultative selling, closing, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Experience working remotely and managing a personal schedule to meet activity and revenue targets.

- Consistently maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility to support reliable forecasting.
