POSITION TITLE:
Maintenance and Driver
POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for general maintenance at both the Dayton and the Cincinnati locations. This position makes regular deliveries between the two store locations using a company van. This position is based at the Dayton location.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Building Maintenance:
- Minor repairs including plumbing.
- General upkeep.
- Furniture assembly.
- Painting.
- Changing furnace filters.
- Deliveries between two store locations.
- Lot/Landscaping:
- Blowing off lot.
- Salting entryways during winter.
- Spraying for weeds & fertilizing flowers.
- Ensuring store grounds are free from trash/debris.
- Cleaning showroom vents.
- Running Errands for general supplies.
- Deliveries to Clients.
- Van Maintenance: i.e. car wash, vacuuming inside, etc.
- Liaison to outside service providers: i.e. tradesmen, inspectors, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License & a Clean Driving Record.
- Must be bondable.
- Must be able to lift up to 60lbs.
- Must have a Professional appearance.
- Must have good Communication Skills and work well with others.
- Must have good Time Management Skills.
