We process and pack a large amount of fresh produce for high-end and discount chain stores, as well as food service and manufacturing accounts. We are looking for a HANDS-ON SUPERVISOR for our SECOND SHIFT maintenance needs. Duties are as follows:

• Keep all production machinery operating at peak efficiency
• Maintain building, material handling, and building systems.
• Insure an adequate stock of spare parts, and keep and inventory of those.
• Insure proper TRAINING AND SUPERVISION of other 2nd shift maintenance staff, and coach/train production personnel on production machinery.

Skills needed/Other requirements:

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills/experience
• PLC programming/repair
• Min. 2 years successful maintenance leadership experience, preferably in a food production environment.
• Job entails roughly 45 hours/wk. presence at our facility, and availability when off site, via phone and email.
