We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. As a key member of our practice, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients by providing top-notch care and promoting healthy smiles. Experience in both general and pediatric dentistry is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and vital signs.
• Perform dental cleanings and apply preventive treatments like sealants and fluoride.
• Educate patients on maintaining good oral hygiene and the importance of regular dental visits.
• Keep accurate patient records and documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize EMR systems for seamless patient management.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment.
• Stay informed on the latest dental practices, terminology, and medical coding.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional care in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus.
• Proficient in medical imaging and assessing vital signs.
• Strong knowledge of infection control procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for educating patients about their oral health.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a professional and caring approach.

• Monday: 9am-5pm
• Tuesday: 9am-5pm
• Wednesday: 9am-5pm
• Thursday: 8am-1pm
