Lead Federal Project Manager

Job Description

We're on a journey to advance how health happens with technologies that empower patients, support clinicians, inspire innovation, and save lives. Our mission? To create a human-centric healthcare experience powered by unified global data.

It's a big challenge, but big challenges are what we do best. We're already transforming some of the world's largest health systems-helping them turn data into lifesaving decisions and better patient care.

We want people just as dedicated as we are to improving health equity and delivering quality care across the globe. If you're excited about making healthcare more human, you've come to the right place.

The Value Realization workstream partners with the VA to measure, track, and maximize the value of the Federal EHR. The team uses a data-driven approach to establish baselines, monitor key metrics, and identify performance improvement opportunities before and after go-live.

Key activities include:

  • Baselines & Benchmarking: Creating site-specific metrics plans aligned to VA targets to support readiness, adoption, and return-to-productivity goals.

  • Metrics Monitoring: Providing real-time insights, improvement recommendations, and training on Oracle Health reporting tools to sustain site performance.

  • VITAL Program: Delivering advanced analytics and problem-solving training to empower sites in driving continuous, data-driven improvement post-go-live.

Through close collaboration with VA stakeholders and other Oracle Health workstreams, the team helps quantify the benefits of system changes, craft value narratives, and ensure each site can sustain long-term improvements and realize the full value of the Federal EHR.

The Lead Federal Project Manager role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and oversight of projects within the Value Realization workstream that align with client objectives, improve outcomes, and drive measurable impact for the VA's healthcare transformation. This position requires expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and healthcare system optimization. Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to ensure the seamless integration of value-driven approaches into the EHRM program. Lead project initiation, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and closure for value realization initiatives, ensuring alignment with VA EHRM program goals.
