What You Will Be Doing

• Scout and secure strategic partnerships with elite private school associations and premier educational events
• Craft comprehensive event blueprints encompassing strategic objectives, financial planning, scheduling, and design elements
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with premium vendors, from luxury venues to top-tier production teams
• Lead on-site operations ensuring seamless execution, exceptional guest experiences, and impeccable brand representation

Event Operations Coordinator Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in event management, hospitality, marketing operations, or related field

• Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to travel 30-50% within the United States

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
