Description of the Role Chevrolet Of Troy is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Troy, OH. As a Chevrolet Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and guidance to clients regarding their vehicle maintenance needs. Please call direct at 937-335-0096. - Assess customer inquiries and recommend appropriate services
- Communicate with technicians and customers to ensure timely service completion
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and service
- Prior experience in automotive service or customer relations
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles and service procedures is a plus
