Location: Cuyahoga County, Ohio
Position Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $2,900 Bi-Weekly
Schedule: Less than 30 hours per week

OCEC is seeking a compassionate and independently licensed Clinical Psychotherapist (LISW or LPCC) to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. This position provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy services to a small caseload of young adults in Cuyahoga County.

OCEC is a specialized mental health agency serving children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, attention difficulties, learning challenges, and other emotional and behavioral concerns that impact daily functioning and independent living. Our treatment model emphasizes collaboration, individualized care, and comprehensive support in areas including executive functioning, life skills, wellness, academics, and therapeutic development.

Position Overview

The Clinical Psychotherapist will provide high-quality psychotherapy services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team. This position offers flexibility, meaningful clinical work, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Ohio independent licensure as an LISW or LPCC
  • Minimum of two years of psychotherapy experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting
  • Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy services
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and intake evaluations
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Complete progress notes, treatment updates, and discharge summaries
  • Participate in case consultation and team meetings
  • Collaborate with families, referral sources, and treatment team members
