Line Operator 3rd shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in packaging solutions, is seeking a dedicated Line Operator 3rd shift to join their dynamic team. As a Line Operator 3rd shift, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting the Packaging Plant team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Range: B ased on experience

Shift: 3rd

What's the Job?

• Present candidates to [email protected] for consideration.

• Ensure continuous and effective bottle loading practices on the production line to maximize operational efficiency.

• Support operational line activities and provide assistance as needed to maintain smooth production flow.

• Inspect products for quality issues and report malfunctions or errors to supervisory staff.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and quality standards.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED or earning within a designated period of time following the date of hire.

• At least 2 years of continuous work history with one company.

• Mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to lift over 50 pounds and perform repetitive reaching, grasping, and lifting of up to 40 lbs.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
