**Job Description: Die Setter/Mold Setter**
**Location**: Newton Falls Area
**Pay**: $20 - $25/hr (Up to $25 for 10+ years of experience)
**Shift**: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled **Die Setter/Mold Setter** to join our industry-leading plastics manufacturing company. This hands-on role will involve working with production equipment and requires a strong background in plastics manufacturing. Please note that this is not a machinist role. The ideal candidate will have experience with die/mold changing processes, equipment assembly, and troubleshooting.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Set up, assemble, and disassemble dies/molds for production
Troubleshoot the die/mold changing process and ensure smooth transitions
Ensure proper setup, including thread sizes and metrics
Monitor and adjust equipment as needed to maintain production flow
Record and track necessary information on production processes
Perform quality checks and ensure all parts meet standards

**Qualifications:**
Previous experience in plastics manufacturing (injection molding preferred, blow molding considered)
Familiarity with assembling and disassembling equipment
Knowledge of troubleshooting die/mold changing processes
Understanding of basic equipment setup, including thread sizes and metrics
Detail-oriented with basic computer knowledge
Strong math and reading skills
