Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer payments. Your duties will include reviewing account information and correcting errors, creating invoices, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong mathematical skills and a commitment to accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Processing and accurately recording transactions
- Maintaining detailed records of payments and account statuses
- Sending reminders regarding overdue payments
- Researching any account discrepancies and taking appropriate action for resolution
- Creating accurate and informative reports
- Collaborating with other departments to gather additional information, ensure accounts are up-to-date, and develop repayment plans
- Communicating with clients regarding the payments on their accounts
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar position
- Customer service experience a must.
- Strong work ethic and emphasis on teamwork
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook.
- Working knowledge of general office equipment and clerical tasks.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
- Professional and trustworthy with confidential information.
- Excellent problem-solving and research skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
Compensation: $850.00 per week

We service associations in Cuyahoga, Summit and Portage counties, and are always looking to expand. We are a full service management company with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Additionally, our managers are continually furthering their education through Community Associations Institute, Legal Seminars and other learning opportunities that keep them up to date with the ever changing environment of Community Association Management.
