The Opportunity

We’re looking for reliable cleaners to join our Venue Reset Crew, a fast-growing cleaning team specializing in luxury short-term rental turnovers and residential property cleaning around Cleveland!

THIS IS A 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION.

If you take pride in detailed, consistent work and want to avoid excessive third-party sourcing fees, we’d love to meet you!

Our team runs on P.L.U.R. (Peace, Love, Unity, Respect) We’re laid-back but serious about Quality, Communication, and Accountability.

All projects are within 10 miles of downtown Cleveland, with flexible scheduling (projects completed between 10am–5pm). We provide paid trial cleans and quick onboarding so you can start accepting projects once background-checked.

️‍ Do I need to complete a background check?

Yes ! We work with upscale and luxury hosts and properties so every member of our team must be trustworthy, professional, reliable and accountable.

Do I need to have residential / hotel cleaning experience?

Nope ! What you must have is common sense, a strong ability to communicate verbally and written, be extremely attentive to detail (we do NOT cut corners), reliable and stand by your word. We’ll train you on everything else!

How much are crew members paid?

Outside of training, we pay per project flat rates which comes out to average ~$20-$25 per hour depending on the property. We pay weekly.

️What are the hours?

Shifts are scheduled daily and properties must be completed between 10am - 5pm)

Do I need reliable transportation?

All of our properties are within 10 miles of Tower City. In order to maximize your opportunities to earn, it’s best to have your own reliable transportation as some shifts may require visits to different properties.

Do you offer any benefits?

The Venue Reset Crew is a team of 1099 independent contractors, so we do not offer benefits or paid time off. You will receive a 1099 tax form at the end of the year and are responsible for paying your own taxes.
