Senior Business Office Manager Location Wright-Patterson AFB, OH :

Dynamo Technologies is hiring a Senior Business Office Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting HQ AFMC at WPAFB, OH.

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Manage classified workflow
• Provide continuous process improvements on Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2)
• Manage workflow and all administrative functions for USAF Division and subordinate branches.
• Lead division analyst for work processes & metrics for effective and efficient workflow task management and workload-focused business analysis.
• Interpret and ensure division compliance with all administrative policies, regulations, and procedures set forth by the Department of the Air Force.
• Consult division leadership on personnel and operational management issues
• Serve as action officer on AFMC division / USAF- initiated taskings.
• Lead training for division personnel in task management tool, information systems, and human resources
• Serve as division Information Technology and video teleconferencing POC, troubleshooting systems and overcoming technological obstacles.
• This role is an in-office/in-person role (very occasional telecommuting based on the division leadership's guidance)

Required Skills/Abilities

• Fully proficient Microsoft User: Office, Teams
• Task Management Tool knowledgeable/ trainable
• Highly motivated/reliable individual
• Air Force experience
• U.S Citizenship required

Education and Experience:

• Master's degree preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience

• Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
