Hours: 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri, No weekends + all major holidays off

Position Overview

We’re seeking experienced Pharmacists to help lead and grow our Columbus, Ohio (right behind Polaris mall!) pharmacy operations:

• Verify, dispense, and manage prescriptions with precision
• Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and patient counseling
• Collaborate closely with providers in our psychiatric and telehealth clinics
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Help optimize workflow and support administrative projects as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Holds current OH Pharmacist License
• 3+ years of pharmacy experience; leadership background preferred
• Strong organizational, clinical, and communication skills
• Comfortable working within a clinical-focused team
• Passionate about high-quality patient care and collaborative growth
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and empathy
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
