Client Services Manager (Care Manager) - Senior Home Care

We Offer: Company vehicle provided for work-related travel Competitive salary starting at $50,000 annually Health, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance 401(k) contribution Paid Time Off (PTO) Nine (9) paid holidays Opportunity to earn comp time while participating in the on-call rotation Supportive, team-oriented work environment What You'll Do Coordinate client care services, including assessments, care planning, client visits, and caregiver introductions Supervise and support caregivers through coaching, orientation, quality assurance visits, and performance management Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners Collaborate with the Staffing Coordinator to ensure appropriate caregiver-client matches Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance requirements, including long-term care insurance documentation Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent client and caregiver needs Work collaboratively across departments and perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our clients and team Requirements: What You'll Bring Minimum of 2 years of experience in a care-related field Previous supervisory or leadership experience Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead, coach, and hold team members accountable Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel locally Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check Schedule Full-time position Monday–Friday, 8:30a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Participation in a shared evening and weekend on-call rotation Some flexibility required based on client needs Compensation details: 50000-50000 Yearly Salary PIdf6dd72fdbca-25448-40571529
